Hunting down work experience!

For the majority of the time, in order to get anywhere in the fashion industry, gaining a certain amount work experience is necessary! 

I researched different areas which might be beneficial to me in Birmingham such as costume designers, production companies, newspapers and print media including magazines and local productions, online fashion companies, stylists, costume departments and theatres. I contacted all of these via email or phone enquiring about the possibility of some work experience. 

If you don't ask then you will never know!
